HOW I MAKE MY MATCHA
I make the best matcha latte. Really, I do.
Here is what you need:
-Non-Dairy Milk of your choice (I love to use 1/2 coconut and 1/2 hemp)

boil hot water. add one scoop of matcha powder to your cup. once water is hot add water. fill the cup 1/3rd full.
whisk the matcha and water together so the matcha dissolves into the water and there are no clumps left. you could use a wooden or electric whisk for this (see my list above of matcha essentials - both are linked). once matcha and water are mixed add a dash of cinnamon.
fill the frother with your non dairy milk. I fill mine to the “max” ed out line. turn on and your frother will let you know when it is finished.
pour frothed milk on top of the water, matcha and cinnamon.
drizzle honey onto the top!
Matcha is packed with antioxidants. It boots the metabolism and burns calories (not that calories matter but this is a fact). Matcha detoxifies the body effectively and naturally. It calms the mind and relaxes the body. It is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins. I love matcha because it enhances my mood and gives me a caffeine boost that doesn’t give me a crash or make me feel like I am stressing out my adrenal glands. Coffee will start off with a blast, and end you in a crash. Matcha, does a better job of creating a calm alertness. There are no blasts and crashes, it just comes on gently and leaves just as gently. Truly it is gold!
